Export a diagram

You can export a diagram as a PDF, image or Slickplan XML file. The export path depends on whether you are working in a diagram project or a site planning project.

Export from a diagram project

1. Open the diagram project from the dashboard.
2. Select the Export icon in the upper-right corner.
   
3. Select an export format:
   • PDF
   • Image
   • Slickplan XML
4. Configure the available settings, then select Export.
   

PDF and image exports include similar configuration options. For a PDF export, you can choose portrait or landscape orientation, select a paper size and use Fit to page. Export a Slickplan XML file when you need to import the diagram into another Slickplan account.

Export from a site planning project

1. Open the site planning project and select Diagrams from the project navigation.
2. Open the diagram you want to export.
3. Select the diagram name in the upper-left corner to open its menu.
4. Select Export.
   
5. Select the export format and configure the available settings in the panel on the right.
6. Select Export.
