Exporting diagrams

To export a diagram from a diagram or site planning project, follow these steps:

For a diagram project:

1. Open the diagram you want to export from the dashboard.

   

2. Click the export icon in the top right corner to open the export panel.

   

3. Choose one of three formats: PDF, Image, or Slickplan XML.

   

   For PDF and Image, the options are the same; the difference is the file type. Use PDF if you plan to print, as it allows you to customize the orientation (portrait or landscape) and select paper sizes. You can also choose Fit to page to automatically resize the diagram to fit the selected format.

   The Slickplan XML format lets you import your flowchart into another Slickplan account, making it easy to share or transfer your work.

4. After selecting your format and making any adjustments, click Export to finish.

   

Your flowchart will be exported in the chosen format, ready to share, print, or import as needed.

For a site planning project:

1. Click on Diagrams in the navigation bar.

   

2. Open the diagram you wish to export.

   

3. Click the file name in the top left corner.

   

4. Choose Export from the drop-down menu.

   

5. The export panel will appear on the right side.

   

6. For export settings, follow steps 3 and 4 from the diagram instructions above.
