Auto load of child pages

Is it possible to auto-generate child pages? I am looking to create multiple subpages (20+), and it would be great if I could generate these (through a text file upload or within the dashboard).

I populated a list of side pages I need in the sitemap sidebar; however, it didn’t reflect in the dashboard section view–no subpage thumbnails were actually created.
