Adding shapes to diagrams

There are two easy methods to add shapes to your diagram:

From the shape panel:

Note: The sidebar is collapsed by default.

1. Click the blue library icon at the top left to open the shape panel.

   

2. Click a shape from the panel to place it in the center of the canvas.

   

3. Or drag and drop the shape anywhere on the canvas.

   

4. Double-click the shape to label it.

   

5. Click the blue icon again to close the panel and get more workspace.

   

From the toolbar:

1. Click the plus icon to open the insert shape menu.

   

2. Select a shape to place it in the center of the page or drag it to your desired location.

   

3. Double-click the shape to enter a label name.
