Rename a diagram

You can update the name of your diagram project at any time. Follow the steps below for either type of project on Slickplan.

For a site planning project:

From the properties panel:

1. Select a page with an attached diagram and open its properties panel.

   

2. Click the pencil icon next to the selected diagram.

   

3. Enter a new diagram name and click Apply.

   

Or, from the diagram file:

1. Go to the Diagram dashboard.

   

2. Click on a diagram preview to open it.

   

3. Click the file name at the top left corner.

   

4. Select Rename from the drop-down menu.

   

5. Enter a new name and click Save changes.

   

For a diagram project:

1. Open the diagram project from the dashboard.

   

2. Click the file name at the top left corner.

   

3. Select Rename from the drop-down menu.

   

4. Enter a new name and click Save changes.
