Exporting diagram projects
- Open the diagram you want to export from the dashboard.
- Click on the export icon at the top right corner of the navigation bar to open the export panel on the right side.
- The panel offers three export formats: PDF, Image, and Slickplan XML.
- For PDF and Image formats, the export options are identical. The only difference lies in the final output format – either a PDF document or an image file.
- Choosing the PDF format is ideal if you plan to print your diagram. Here, you can customize the orientation (portrait or landscape) and select from various paper sizes to best suit your needs.
- Additionally, you can select ‘Fit to page’ to resize the diagram automatically. This ensures it fits within the chosen export format without getting split across multiple pages.
- The Slickplan XML format allows you to import your flowchart into another Slickplan account. This is useful for sharing or transferring your work.
- For PDF and Image formats, the export options are identical. The only difference lies in the final output format – either a PDF document or an image file.
- After selecting your preferred format and making any adjustments, just click on Export to complete the process.
- With that, your flowchart will be exported in the chosen format. Now you can share it, print it, or import it to another Slickplan account as needed.
