Account suspensions and resolutions
Your Slickplan account may be suspended for the following reasons:
- Your trial has ended
- Your credit card has expired
- A transaction has been declined by your card issuer
Only the account owner or an administrator with the payment permission can log in and upgrade the account or update the credit card information.
If someone tries to access a shared sitemap via a share link, they will see the login page.
