Locking and unlocking projects
Slickplan offers a valuable feature that allows all account users to control the editing access to their projects by locking them. This prevents accidental edits to your projects. In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the process of locking and unlocking projects using two convenient methods.
Locking projects from the navigation bar:
From the dashboard, open the project you wish to lock.
On the navigation bar, expand the dropdown menu next to the project’s name.
Within the dropdown menu, you’ll find the Lock option. Click it.
Locking projects directly from the dashboard:
Select the project you’d like to lock and hover your cursor over it. Click the padlock icon.
Unlocking projects:
To view a list of locked projects in your dashboard, apply the locked filter to the Status dropdown menu.
Unlocking projects from the navigation bar:
Open the project you want to unlock. Expand the dropdown menu on the navigation bar and click the Unlock option.
Unlocking projects directly from the dashboard:
Select the project you’d like to unlock and hover over it. Click the padlock icon.
