How do I export my sitemaps?

How do I export my sitemaps?

You can export your sitemap in PDF, EPS, PNG, HTML, XML, CSV, TXT, DOCX formats and as a Complete Website.

  1. Click the Export button above your sitemap.Screen_Shot_2020-10-27_at_3_24_45_PM-3.png
  2. The Export panel will appear on the right. To save your sitemap as:
      1. PDF
        1. Check the Landscape orientation to export your sitemap in a horizontal view.
        2. Select Fit to page to automatically resize a sitemap to fit the selected export format without dividing it into several pages.
        3. Choose the desired format. You can choose between the following formats: 8×10, 8.5×11, 11×17, A4, and A3.
        4. Select additional header information, such as project logo, date, and version number, sitemap name, page count. The date, version, and name are set by default, but you can uncheck them.
        5. Check additional parameter boxes to include them in your PDF file, such as:
          – Diagrams
          – Page types in legend
          – Page links
          – Page notes as interactive annotations
          – Page notes in legend
          – Comments
          – Monochromatic (export without colors)
          – Page numbers
          – Use Unicode font (correctly displaying non-ASCII characters in exported files, for example, Japanese or Cyrillic)
          – Exclude collapsed pages

      2. Image (PNG or EPS (Vector))Under Image, you can choose between PNG and EPS file formats.
        1. Check the Landscape orientation to export your sitemap in a horizontal view.
        2. Select the desired paper format. You can choose between the following formats: 8×10, A4, 8.5×11, A3 and 11×17
        3. Select additional header information, such as project logo, date, and version number, sitemap name, page count. The date, version, and name are set by default, but you can uncheck them.
        4. Select additional parameters to be included in your PDF file, such as:
          diagrams, page types, exclude collapsed pages, monochromatic, and page numbers.02 export
      3. HTML
        Select additional parameters to be included in the HTML export, such as:
        page notes, exclude collapsed pages, include CSS file for visual sitemap, and page numbers. Notes will be added to your sitemap and its CSS will be included.Screen_Shot_2020-11-13_at_1.10.18_AM.png
      4. CSV
        Select CSV to export your sitemap in CSV file. Optionally check SEO Metadata, Content Status, Exclude collapsed pages, and page numbers.Screen_Shot_2020-11-13_at_1.11.07_AM.png
      5. TXT

      6. XML

      7. Content Outline (DOCX)
        Select Content Outline (DOCX) to export your sitemap in .docx file format. Optionally, check Content Block Labels, Autogenerated Slugs, and Exclude collapsed pages.03 export
      8. Website
