You can export your sitemap in PDF, EPS, PNG, HTML, XML, CSV, DOCX formats and as a Complete Website.
To do so:
- Click Import/Export tab above your sitemap.
- From the modal window select Export tab.
- To save your map as:
- PDF
- Click Save as a PDF radio button.
- Choose the desired format. You may choose between the following formats: 8x10, A4, 8.5x11, A3 and 11x17.
- Check additional parameter boxes to include them in your PDF file, such as: landscape, export without colors, add notes as interactive annotations, add notes in a legend, add page type, add page type descriptions, date & version and page count. Date & version and page count are set default but you may un-check them as well if it better suits your needs.
- Vector (EPS)
- Click Vector (EPS) radio button.
- Select the desired paper format. You may choose between the following formats: 8x10, A4, 8.5x11, A3 and 11x17.
- Thick check additional parameters to be included in your PDF file, such as: landscape, export without colors, add notes, add page type, add page type descriptions, date & version and page count. Date & version and page count are checked by default but you may un-check them as well if it better suits your needs.
- PNG
- Click PNG radio button.
- For Step ii. and Step iii. the same rules apply as for Step b. Vector (EPS).
- HTML
- Click HTML radio button.
- Optionally, thick Add Notes, Include CSS and Include Collapsed Pages box. Notes will be added to your sitemap and its CSS will be included.
- Click XML to export your sitemap in XML file.
- Click CSV to export your sitemap in CSV file. Optionally thick Include Collapsed Pages and Include SEO Metadata.
- Clik TXT to export your sitemap in TXT file. Optionally thick Include Collapsed Pages box.
- Click Content Outline (DOCX) to export your sitemap in .docx file format. Optionally thick Include Content, Include Collapsed Pages and Include Block's Labels box.
- Click Complete Website to convert your sitemap and content into a ready to deploy bundle of files that includes HTML, CSS and all uploaded files.
- PDF
- Click Export when completed.
