Media Library: Show Images Added via Content Planner

Jaala Herring Answered

I want to be able to see all media associated with a project (regardless of which tool was used to add it (i.e. designs, directly uploaded to pages, and uploaded as content using the content planner) in the media library when filtered by project. Bonus points if there’s a filter for tool used to upload.

Ultimately, my goal is to use the content planner to set up templates for a client, have them drop content and images for each page into the content planner using the template I set up, then for me as an admin to be able to download all images they’ve added so I can rename the files, upload them to the CMS, and add (or automate) alt text.

You can already filter by project in the File Library, which will show you all media associated with that project—regardless of whether it was added via designs, directly on pages, or through the Content Planner.

We don’t currently have a filter for the tool used to upload, but we’ll share that idea with the team as a potential enhancement.
