Starting a new project: quick guide

To start a website planning project:

  1. Click the +New project button in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Plan a Website from the project type window.

    click create a project

  3. Click Create Project to proceed.
  4. Provide your basic project details

    Fill in the following fields:

    • Project name
    • Language
    • Project logo (optional)

    Quick start options

    Need help getting started? Choose an option below that suits your needs:

    • Template: Pick from our collection of ready-made website structures for different business types.
    • Site crawler: Enter the URL of an existing site to import its structure for editing.
    • AI assist: Give a simple prompt about the site you want, and our AI will create the sitemap for you.
    • XML file: Import an existing site using an XML file from Google, WordPress, or Slickplan. [More info here]
    • Text file: Use text files with hierarchical dashes. [Get a template or more info]

Click Continue to add team members to your project.

Assign team members

To give team members access to your project:

  1. Click Add a team member and choose a user from the list.

  2. To invite someone new, click Create new user.

  3. Enter the new member’s name and email, then click Add to send the invite.

  4. Select the member’s role from the dropdown menu next to their name, or create a custom role. [Learn more about roles]

After adding all team members, click Create project to finish the setup.

Your project will be created, allowing you to begin collaborating immediately!
