I think this is the main feature your competitor Content Snare has over you, and helps solve the key issue of getting clients to submit their content in a timely manner. This is by far the biggest issue my agency faces. In addition to persistent email reminders, Content Snare also sends SMS reminders. That would be a bonus, though not as important as having the reminders in the first place.
