Tag team members in the comments section

To mention and alert a team member regarding critical comments in Slickplan:

1. Open the General Comments panel.

   

2. Enter the @ symbol, select a person from the dropdown menu, or enter the initial letters of their first or last name.

   

3. Press Enter to choose the person, then press it again to publish your comment.

Note:

• To receive email alerts for mentions, recipients need to enable the Email me when a comment is added notification in General Settings. Learn how to manage email notifications.
• The tagging functionality is compatible with all Slickplan commenting modules, except for guest (viewer) accounts where this feature is not supported.
