How do I add user mentions in comments?

Use mentions to directly notify people about things that need their attention in Slickplan.

1. When writing a comment, enter the @ symbol.

   

2. Enter a user’s name, or select one from the list using the keyboard arrows. You can repeat this step for every user assigned to the project that you’d like mentioned in your message.

   

3. Hit Enter/Return to post your message.

   

Note: To receive email notifications about mentions, recipients need to enable the Email me when a comment is added notification under General Settings:

In the sitemap sharing view users can also use @mentions, however this function will not work with guests (viewers).
