How to add editors & viewers?

Once the sitemap has been created, you can add contributors by clicking Add Contributor button on the sitemap editing page.

Contributors are editors and viewers. You can select one or more persons from your existing users group, or create a new user to be added as editor or viewer.

  1. Click Add Editor button to add one or more sitemap editors.
  2. In the Search Existing Users bar, enter the name of a user you wish to add as an editor. Or, click Add New User to add new user as an editor.
    1. Enter user First Name, Last Name and Email.
    2. Place a checkmark near Lock/Unlock Permissions and/or Responsible for Approval if you want to give your editor these rights.
    3. Click Submit.




  3. Click Add Viewer to add one or more sitemap viewers.
  4. In the Search Existing Users bar, enter the name of a user you wish to add as a viewer. Or click Add New User to add new user as a viewer.
    1. Enter user First Name, Last Name and Email.
    2. Place a checkmark near Responsible for Approval if you want to give the viewer this right.
    3. Click Submit.



  5. Once you added editors and viewers, click Create Sitemap.

You can make an editor to become a viewer by dragging the editor’s user bubble into the viewer area. The same applies to viewer who is becoming an editor. To do so:

  1. Click Contributors link above the sitemap.
  2. Click and hold the user’s (editor’s) bubble below the Editor area.
  3. Drag the user bubble into the Viewer area.
